At BespokeDB, we believe in collecting the absolute minimum amount of data required to provide you with our services. When you register for an API key, we collect only your Email Address and basic usage analytics (such as your IP address for security logging).
Your email address is strictly used for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or lease your email address or personal data to any third parties. This prohibition includes selling or transferring your data to non-profit organizations, political campaigns, or marketing agencies. Your data remains strictly within the BespokeDB infrastructure.
We fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. You have the right to opt-out of any non-essential feature notifications at any time. Any email we send will clearly identify us as the sender and provide a clear mechanism to contact us or opt-out of future communications.
We employ industry-standard security measures (including Google Firebase Authentication and secure data transport via HTTPS) to protect your minimal personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
In accordance with GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to export a copy of your personal data or request the deletion of your account. You can do this at any time using the self-service "Data & Privacy" tools located in your API dashboard. Upon initiating an account deletion, your API key and core account profile will be permanently destroyed. Please note that historical security and access logs containing your IP or email address are retained for 30 to 90 days strictly for fraud prevention, system integrity, and security audit purposes, after which they are automatically and permanently purged.
