The API is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE". BespokeDB makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the metadata provided. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall BespokeDB or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the API, including but not limited to corruption of data within your Emby server.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the API following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
